Transparency
We want to make sure that all considerations and decisions are based on an equal and honest dialogue.

Creativity
The goal is to create a space where creativity is allowed to flow without limitations and where voices can blossom in their own beauty. We will do our very best to highlight the music and everything behind and around it.

Compassion
The work with music creates a free space where people can be themselves. With that follows a zero tolerance towards all forms of discrimination - sexism, homophobia and racism. We need to fill our community with respect and contribute to a more positive and welcoming language amongst each other.

Community
